New ALMA Chair President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf confers to out-going chair President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete an award of Excellence from the UN Secretary General and the African Union Chairman for sound policies and effort to combating malaria

President Jakaya Kikwete makes his opening speech and give the status of Malaria.
